Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner shows us what a woman can achieve through the force and knowledge that comes from growing up. She is an actor writer, health practitioner and author. She hosts a talk show and produces the show. Perpetual Motion should be her name. Marilu's attitude to health has been evident throughout her entire life. Her belief is that good health is the best medicine to be able to accomplish anything. Not always. In her teenage years, she began to do a yo-yo diet, and saw her weight rise. She was a grumpy eater who felt unwell and unhealthy all every day. As she reached her 50's, and both of her parents had passed away-her mother from issues with arthritis, and her father following a fatal heart attack-she recognized that she required control over her own lifestyle. The focus was not on dieting but about health and the ability to live a life that maximized the way our bodies were meant to function. Also, she is frequent in Christopher Guest's comedy movies. Coolidge was a member of The Groundlings (an improv troupe and sketch comedy troupe based on Los Angeles). She has a role in the CBS comedy 2 Broke Girls where she portrays Sophie, Max, and Caroline's Polish neighbour who lives upstairs, and runs an cleaning company.
