Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd was 14 when she began training in combat sports. Following her training in kickboxing, boxing BJJ and wrestling, she had her first professional fight against Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she was 18 years old. Ladd had an amazing 3-fight winning streak at Ultimate Reno Combat. In the three fights, she defeated her opponent in the very first round. In WCFC Ladd fought, she defeated Leslie Rodriguez with a unanimous vote. Aspen defeated Silvia B beghian and Maddy Simmons prior to facing Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia Calvillo handed Aspen an unanimity loss and was able to outclass her, tarnishing Ladd's professional career. Ladd recovered from the loss in the final by beating Roma Pawelek in Tuff-N'-Uff, bringing her record up to 8-1. Aspen began her career in 2015after signing with Invicta FC for her professional debut. Invicta Fc 11, she defeated Ana Carolina Vidal and won the the first round via TKO. Invicta Fighter Championships 16. She took the next match against Amanda Cooper through a second-round submission by armbar. Aspen utilized her expertise in wrestling to take out McGill by TKO in the third round (elbows & punches). Aspen was then matched against Jessica Hoy, at Invicta FC 18. Aspen fought Hoy as an opponent with a catchweight (138.1lb) because Ladd did not weigh in. Aspen still dominated Hoy until she was defeated in the second round with a TKO. At Invicta FC21, she was the final fight for the company. The winner was Sijara Ebanks in a unanimous decision. Aspen Ladd debuted in the UFC in the 118th UFC Fight Night 118, in a fight against Lina Langsberg. She outclassed Lina, and ground-and - beat her to an TKO win in the second round. She continued her dominance and picked up a more impressive victory in her next bout against Tonya Evinger at UFC 229. Ladd beat Evinger with a punch during the initial round, and was awarded the Performance of the Night bonus. She fought her first big fight in the UFC Fight Night dos Anjos Vs. Lee rematch against Sijara Ebanks. Ladd was victorious in by a unanimous decision following a great back-and forth fight among the pair of fighters got the Fight of the Night bonuses. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie only needed 16 seconds to end Ladd and her winning streak. In the third round of UFC at ESPN 7, she defeated Yana Kunitskaya. As a replacement she took on Norma Dumont in her most recent UFC fight. The fight was a unanimous decision.
